Safe filming around people
Drones must keep clear of crowds and people not involved in the shoot. For events, beaches and busy venues we plan flight paths, launch points and timings in advance so you get the shots you need while staying within CASA rules.
Drone videography FAQ
Can you supply raw footage for our own editor?
Yes. We can deliver selected clips or full flights in 4K, either graded or in a flat profile ready for your own colour grade.
Can you film over beaches, events or crowds?
Drones cannot fly over or near crowds without special approval. We plan shots from safe positions and angles, and will tell you upfront if a particular shot needs extra approval or is not possible.
Do you film in national parks like the Daintree?
Commercial filming in Queensland national parks and the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park needs a permit from the relevant authority. We can help you work out which permits apply and build the lead time into the schedule.
